Every round is resolved with an HMAC-SHA256 commit-reveal scheme. VFair commits to a server seed hash before a round starts, players supply or rotate their own client seed, and the outcome is derived deterministically from the seed and nonce. After the round, the server seed is revealed so anyone can recompute the result independently.
